Entrepreneurshi
Highly engaging, turn-key semester course that helps students design, launch, and run a real small business. They aren't just reading about business or learning how to write a business plan. They're doing the real thing!
Entrepreneurship 201
Turn-key second semester course that helps students take the business they started in Entrepreneurship 101 and spend a semester growing it through real-world, actionable marketing activities.
Personal Finance (Fall 2024)
Turn-key semester course that helps students learn and practice financial literacy including income, expenses, saving, investing, and stewardship, so that they are prepared for financial independence.
Investing
Highly engaging, turn-key semester course that helps students learn how to effectively invest for the future and become financially independent. The course gives students the opportunity to practice investing with a mock portfolio they will manage with live market data throughout the term.

Our Team
David Grubbs
Co-Founder
David taught entrepreneurship at Baylor University for 3 years, helping dozens of students launch and grow real companies. He has launched nearly two dozen companies himself over the course of a 20-year career as a full-time entrepreneur, generating over $40mm in online sales, raising $2mm in funding from investors, and managing over 50 employees.
David holds a BBA in Finance from Baylor University. David, his wife Daniella, and son Sam live in beautiful Costa Rica.
Charlie Gasmire
Co-Founder
Charlie has an entrepreneurial and Mergers & Acquisitions background, completing over 20 company acquisitions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in acquisition spend. He has started several companies of his own including an aviation teaching company with over 90,000 YouTube subscribers and millions of views.
Charlie holds both a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship and an MBA from Baylor University. He and his wife Corey have two children, Caleb and Collins, and live in Frisco, Texas.
Hollie Dolf
Account Manager
Hollie spent seven years teaching 6th grade Contemporary World Cultures, an experience that allowed her to combine her love of history, teaching, and travel. After six joyful years raising twins, she started Sage Travel Company, a full-service travel agency. Launching her own company taught her the value of entrepreneurship and the importance of teaching entrepreneurial skills to the next generation.
Hollie works closely with our schools to ensure they have a fantastic experience teaching the Boss Club curriculum. Hollie, her husband Jason, and their three children live in Flower Mound, Texas.
